Unoaerre with Oxfam in support of women

Unoaerre's solidarity in support of Oxfam continues this year to uphold the rights and independence of women, supporting them in creating their own future.

With this objective, Unoaerre, together with Oxfam Italy, has renewed the #regaliamorinascita campaign that aims at creating training courses for women in fragile contexts, guaranteeing economic, cultural and social opportunities in order to achieve an increasingly fair and equitable society.

In the two years of their mutual journey, and thanks also to #regaliamorinascita, Unoaerre has supported 250 women by transferring techniques for improving production, developing ideas and projects to start their own business and thus achieve economic independence.

Through this global initiative for several women's enterprises in the different countries in which Oxfam operates, Unoaerre has confirmed its commitment to contribute to creating a society in which women have a real chance to build their independence.

«We are very happy to continue this collaboration with Oxfam,» said Maria Cristina Squarcialupi, President of Unoaerre. «We have, in fact, always supported the growth of personal skills and this project allows us to give extremely concrete support to women all over the world and enhance their potential.»
