VALENZA GEM FORUM 2025, THE THIRD EDITION IN OCTOBER

Valenza (Al), October 1, 2025 - The VALENZA GEM FORUM, a platform for dialogue focusing on diamonds and precious stones, the hub of the Piedmont jewellery district and a distinctive feature of its manufacturing excellence, will be held on October 15, 2025, at Villa Scalcabarozzi (Valenza).

Organized by Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) in collaboration with Fondazione Mani Intelligenti and CIBJO – The World Jewellery Confederation, the Forum will bring together goldsmiths, gemmology professionals, institutions, and leading associations to discuss the dynamics of the jewellery supply chain that most affect the productivity of Valenza-based companies, internationally recognized for their wealth of expertise and highly specialized know-how in diamond and gemstone processing. A discussion on techniques and technologies, knowledge and best practices, within the framework of geopolitical and market transformations that require new skills to support development and competitiveness.

The event is aimed at companies, students, institutions, the world of education and the media, with the aim of promoting dialogue, networking and professional growth, involving the entire territory.

THE THEMES OF THE 2025 EDITION
The working session will offer insights and ideas on technological innovation for the sector, exploring in particular the possible applications of Artificial Intelligence to the needs of the district, with a focus on market scenarios, traceability, and certification of precious stones. The agile format of the event will alternate between presentations by authoritative voices in the sector and testimonials from top international players who will share their experiences and best practices.
The proceedings will be led by Federica Frosini, director of VO+ Jewelry Magazine, media partner of the event together with Preziosa Magazine.

MANI INTELLIGENTI FOUNDATION 
Mani intelligenti – Foundation for innovation and culture in Italian jewellery – was established in 2018 at the end of a process led by the Municipality of Valenza, involving the most important and representative manufacturers in the Valenza area. The Foundation's primary objective is to bridge the generation gap within Valenza's workforce through local employer branding initiatives designed to make the role of goldsmith more attractive, as well as innovative training programs.
